There are 4 double rooms on the ground floor and 1 Double such as 3 triple rooms on the 1st floor.

Due to occupancy optimization reasons we cannot offer to book an especial room. Therefore, with us you can only choose between the room categories double and three to four bed rooms. In additionsince 2025, families with 2 - max. 3 children can also stay in our apartment with its own kitchen and a separate entrance.

Each room such as the apartment has its own bathroom. All accomodations are equipped with private balcony or have a small garden such as frontal sea views or side sea views with mostly additional mountain views.

we also rent our rooms as single rooms on request.

on request, each double bed can be converted into two single beds .

In order to allow families with children to stay in one room, we have equipped our rooms on the upper floor with a full double bed on a gallery (though with relatively steep stairs). Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used for small children.

thus they offer the possibility to be used as a family or group room for up to 4 persons.

the furniture for our rooms is almost exclusive Home made using local or reclaimed wood wherever possible. for high sleeping comfort , you sleep on the test-winning mattresses ("stiftung Warentest").

for longer stays, the rooms are cleaned once a week.

However, cleaning utensils are freely available at all times and in emergencies cleaning is of course carried out in between .

if you want more, you can book the daily bed-making and daily small room cleaning as a small hotel service for a surcharge.
